Created in 2022 by two best friends and situated in Paris’s fifth district, Majo is a feminist LGBTQIA+ independent bookstore born from the will to give visibility to and to celebrate feminist, queer, decolonial, and antifascist voices. The bookshop offers more than 6,000 book references, a monthly program of meetings and signings, and stationery and independent creation shelves featuring works by women and/or queer people.
