Security measures

Please read the safety instructions for Y/CON Summer Party.

As a reminder, once you have received your wristband you can enter and leave the room all day, so you will need to open your bag each time you enter.

The list below is as complete as possible, but is not exhaustive, and the security guards on site are the only ones to decide which items are allowed to enter the festival and which are not.

The following are prohibited: all weapons of all categories and all reproductions thereof, including:

WEAPONS AND REPLICA WEAPONS:

• katanas, sabres, swords and their replicas
• any explosive material or reproduction of explosive material
• bokkens and any other blunt objects (baseball bats, etc.)
• airsoft-type weapons
• nerf-type pistols with metal parts (if they are made entirely of plastic, Nerf pistols are permitted provided they are not accompanied by darts)
• pocket knives, Swiss Army knives and other cutting accessories

Replica fantasy weapons that bear no resemblance whatsoever to a real weapon and are made solely of non-hazardous materials (foam, light wood, cardboard, etc.) are permitted. Wooden weapons, if too heavy, may be banned as blunt.

METAL OBJECTS:

Objects made of metal or with metal parts are prohibited. Exceptions include certain items of jewellery, clasps, corset or bra stays and belt buckles.

BAGS AND LUGGAGE:

Bags and luggage are tolerated. For containers over 25L and suitcases, lockers are available.
Please note that pushchairs are not permitted within the convention.

BEVERAGE AND CONTAINER:

Food and plastic bottles, water bottles with caps, metal cans and juice boxes are accepted.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
