Maddy Da Silva is a 28-year-old French author. One fine autumn morning, her passions for photography and writing inspired her to start writing. And so Tous nos instants, her debut novel published by Kairos, came into being.
Through her stories, Maddy explores important themes, such as rebuilding one’s life, the search for identity and, more broadly, love without labels and in all its forms.

Synopsis
Following a tragic event, Alex leaves France and ends up in Oxford. Camera in hand, he roams the city, capturing the invisible, the beauty of the fleeting, and the memories that linger when everything else fades away. Then one day, a stranger, sitting on a bench. Their meeting becomes inevitable.
Luca, for his part, grew up in a life that had been mapped out for him. A world full of conventions, appearances and obligations he never chose… until Alex arrived.
Together, they navigate between grief, the fear of existing and ever-rising expectations. They learn to reveal themselves to one another and to let themselves be seen. Two lost souls amidst the chaos of their lives who, yet, have never been so close to finding one another. But between Alex’s past and Luca’s daily life, will they be able to learn to live every moment to the full?
