Long Lee and Arm’s first Fan Meeting in Paris.
MEV EVENT (organiser of Y/CON) has teamed up with Asia Artist Info to bring you incredible Fan Meetings with your favourite Thai BL actors! The actors from the drama “Doctor’s Mine” will be in Paris for their very first event, where they will meet fans at an exceptional Fan Meeting. Unique moments, exclusive encounters, and an unforgettable atmosphere. This event will take place on 7 November 2026 during Y/CON 12. All participants in the Fan Meeting are invited to attend Y/CON 12. The Fan Meeting will be translated into French, English and Thai.
Fan Meeting Schedule:
10 am to 4.00 pm*: Check-in
3.00 pm: Fan signing with a 1-minute talk
4.00 pm: Entry into the Fan Meeting room
4.30 pm: Start of the show
5.30 pm: Hi-touch
5.50 pm: Photos by categories
6.40 pm: Activity for VVIPs
*For those with a VVIP ticket, please ensure you check in before the fan signing, before 3 pm. Holders of other tickets may check in until 4 pm.
Each purchased ticket will allow you to access the two days of Y/CON.
FAQ Fan Meeting
Can we enter and exit the venue freely?
Entry and exit for Y/CON are allowed freely thanks to the wristband provided at the entrance. For the fan meeting, once started, any exit will be final.
Will there be an ID check at the entrance?
Yes, both at the Y/CON entrance and during check-in for the fan meeting. Please present your ticket (printed or digital), including the QR code, along with a valid ID.
Are minors allowed?
Participants under 14 years old are not allowed. Participants aged 14 to 17 must provide a parental authorization form, downloadable from the Y/CON website, and present it on site.
Where do we check in?
At the signing area located in Hall 1 on the ground floor. More detailed information will be shared before the event.
Is the venue accessible for PRMs?
Yes, the venue is accessible for PRMs and has reserved spaces for wheelchairs.
What is the timetable?
The event will take place from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In case of unforeseen circumstances, a slight delay may occur.
Where can I check the schedule and benefits included?
On Billetweb.fr website as well as on the Asia Artist Info and MEV EVENT Meet Asia accounts.
What time should I arrive ?
Registration opens at 10:00 AM.
Participants may arrive at any time, but check-in must be completed before the benefits for their ticket category begin.

Will there be a translation?
Yes, translation will be available in French, English, and Thai.
What should I do if I lost my ticket or didn’t receive it?
You can access your order through the confirmation email and download your ticket.
If you cannot find it, please contact us at hello@mevevent.com so we can verify your order and send you again your ticket by email.
Do I need to buy a Y/CON ticket?
No, a Y/CON weekend pass will be sent later to participants.
Can I change or get a refund for my order?
Tickets are personal, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be modified. For any questions, please contact us at hello@mevevent.com.
Can I chose my seat?
Seats are not numbered, but rows are reserved according to each ticket categories.
What items are prohibited on-site?
Any item that might disturb other attendees (such as large signs). A non-exhaustive list of prohibited items within the convention venue is available on the Y/CON website.
Please note that security personnel have the final say regarding which items are permitted in the venue.
Can I bring a camera?
Only cell phones are allowed during the fan meeting.
Is there a coat check on site?
Yes. Rates: €2 for a coat or bag, €5 for a suitcase.

Are there food and beverage options on site?
Yes, several food and beverage stands will be available at the convention in Halls 1 and 2.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
Plastic water bottles and reusable water bottles are allowed at the convention and in the fan meeting room.
Outside food is allowed in the convention hall, but not in the fan meeting room.
Are gifts for the artists allowed?
VVIP attendees may hand-deliver their gifts during the fansign
