Saturday

The Cosplay Chaud will take place on Saturday, November 7th from 12 PM to 1 PM on The Main Stage Fever

You want to come customized to the convention and prepare a little show to shine on the stage? Alone or with a group, climb on stage and have fun! The stage is all yours for an hour.

Sunday

The Catwalk will take place on Sunday, November 8th from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM on the Main Stage Fever

You want to climb on the stage and pose without doing a whole show? Then this catwalk is for you! Come and improvise a little something and take a souvenir photograph.

Cosplay Registration Form

Pre-registration closes on Wednesday 4 November 2025.

On-site registration will be possible subject to availability. We recommend that you register in advance.

Please note that the rules have changed since last year, please take notice of the revisions either on the registration form or our website.

Rules

  1. Nudity is permitted (striptease, breasts covered with or without pasties/nipples tassels, intimate parts covered).
  2. No scenes of a sexual nature (simulation of orgasm or sexual act).
  3. Groups must consist of a maximum of 6 members.
  4. Minors must be supervised by the group leader or an adult.
  5. Performances addressing sensitive topics (gender-based and sexual violence, physical and psychological violence, drug use, as well as practices such as BDSM and other kinks) may be accepted under certain conditions.*
    Cosplayers must provide the appropriate trigger warnings (TW), answer the organisers’ questions regarding the maturity of their performance, and ensure that it does not condone reprehensible behaviour.
  6. It is recommended that you be ready near the stage at least 5 minutes before the start of the event, respecting your assigned order as much as possible to facilitate its organisation. However, other conferences or panel discussions will be taking place at that time. Therefore, you are asked to observe respectful silence for the speakers and the audience.

*TW are permitted, but will be announced before the performance to protect sensitive audience members. The performance must also comply with all other rules to be authorised

Performance information

  1. A media outlet is required to participate in the Cosplay Show. Your media (audio or video) must be in .mp3 (audio) or .mp4, .AVI (video) format. The duration must not exceed 2 minutes (solo, duo, and group) and must have been pre-edited. Media exceeding this length will not be accepted.
  2. For on-site registration, media must be provided on a USB drive. No YouTube, Drive, or other links will be accepted.
  3. No media is permitted for the Catwalk. A playlist curated by the technical team will be played.
  4. Performances will be divided into 2 categories:
    – a first section for “General Audience” (reminder: the convention is accessible to those 14 years and older);
    – a second section for “Mature Audiences”.
    In this form, you must indicate which section is most appropriate for your performance. The organisers may contact you to obtain further details and finalise the performance order.
  5. The performance order will be available upon request at the Espace Animation.
