We are proud to assemble in the same place those who make this literature so rich and to shine a light on its diversity and history. Whether they are authors of fiction, romance, essays, militant writing, poetry, biographies, graphic novels, or illustrations, all of them participate in lesbian visibility.

85 authors, illustrators, publishers, poets, and booksellers answered the call for this new edition, with more than 600 books on display.

One place for one fight: visibility.

Kadyan

Born in 1964 in Toulouse, Kadyan didn’t like French classes, nor the books the teachers forced her to read and that she never finished. Her preferences were for mathematics and physics. The idea of writing stories from her imagination always tickled her, but the lack of time and sloth made her push this idea away until she discovered lesbian literature from the Americas. Then she said to herself, “Why not me?” Her main goal is that her readers don’t run away.

Panel discussion : Through F/F literature with Emilie Hemery

From 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM- Main Stage Fever

F/F literature rose at the start of the XX century with many fictions and feminist movements (Liane de Pougy, Zezé de Angeles Vicente, Patricia Highsmith, …)

This is more than just a theme; it’s a real cultural space with multiple dynamics. Actually, with F/F we can find what we’re looking for in Feel-Good or historical stories, or in fantasy, sci-fi, dystopia, or even in graphic novels and comics.
