Synopsis
Jim, a gay icon in Paris, sees his life turning upside down when he contracts Heterose, a virus that turns homosexual men… straight! He sees everyone turning their back on him, except his last follower (and his first fan), Lucien, a young man who has a hard time accepting himself. Together, they will embark on a quest to find a mysterious cure that will be able to cure Jim and stop the extinction of homosexuality.

The animated movie Jim Queen will be projected at the cinema Le Méliès in its original language (French), Sunday, November 8, at 6:30 PM. This screening is a closing event for Y/CON 12. It is an opportunity to (re)watch this French production, nominated twice at the Cannes Festival and soon to be translated into English, and to create continuity with our focus on Jim Queen.
This screening will be hosted by Event Yaoi as part of Y/CON 12, the convention about homofictions, happening on November 7 and 8, 2026, at Paris Montreuil Expo, and is in partnership and with the support of Bobbypills.
The tickets will be available starting Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 12 PM.
